Description:

The Atosa EBF15 is a 15 GN1/1 blast chiller and shock freezer built for kitchens that batch cook and need to get food down to safe temperature quickly and reliably. It'll blast chill up to 75kg from +90°C to +3°C, or shock freeze up to 45kg down to -18°C, all tracked with an internal food probe so you know exactly when the cycle's done. Stainless steel 304 construction inside and out means it's built to earn its keep in a hard-working kitchen, and self-closing doors with a magnetic gasket keep the cabinet airtight between cycles.
