The exterior and interior of the BCC2-4D are made out of high grade AISI 304stainless steel, which is ideal for any food related applications due to its highdurability against oxidising acids, making the surfaces easy to sanitise. To aidcleaning, the internal corners are rounded and the door gasket and condenserfilter are removable.
The Blizzard compact storage counters can either include doors or drawersdepending on your preference. All units come with adjustable feet plus theoption for castors.
